Caspian Waterfront

01 January 2015

H+H Fire are pleased to have been appointed to work on this project, a landmark project located on a prime site on the edge of the Caspian Sea.

The Caspian Waterfront project comprises a 3.5 HA piece of land located at the Western end of the Baku Boulevard, projecting out into the Caspian sea.

The mixed-use retail, leisure and entertainment project will be an iconic development, the architectural form of which is derived from the emblem of Azerbaijan inspired by the geometric shape of the Sydney Opera House.

The building will comprise 7 primary levels including 2 levels of basement parking to approximately -8m below site level. A central tower will rise to approximately 70 m. The current concept design has been developed focusing on a mixed use of retail, leisure and entertainment.

The gross building are is around 120,000 m².

We are providing fire engineering support for the project from initial design through the detailed design and construction phases of the project.

We are increasingly seeing our involvement develop during the construction phase where we regularly attend site to provide fire engineering support to the client, their contractors and the team during the construction phase.

We truly provide fire engineering support form concept through to occupation and beyond.
